Temperature analysis of the welding molten pool can be performed by loading images obtained from a high-speed camera into the dedicated software "Thermias." Using image processing based on the two-color ratio method, it is possible to display and output results such as pseudo-color, temperature maps, line profiles, and time-series graphs for subjects within the temperature range of 700°C to 2,800°C. Additionally, by combining a black-and-white camera with a dedicated optical system (TM2S), it is possible to extract different wavelengths from a single sensor, allowing for temperature measurement across a wide range from low to high temperatures. 【Features】 ■ Temperature analysis is conducted by selecting any two wavelengths from RGB in welding images captured with a color camera. ■ Welding images captured using a combination of a black-and-white camera and the bifurcated optical system TM2S allow for the selection of two wavelengths freely, excluding the near-infrared region. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
