Collision Safety Experiment [High-Speed Camera Application Example]

Collision experiments from passenger cars to large vehicles realized! It is also possible to capture images of parts located out of human sight.

During collision tests, we can capture and analyze the behavior of vehicle deformation, device components, and dummy figures using high-speed cameras. We propose a shooting system for crash safety experiments that combines various high-speed cameras, from stationary cameras capturing the interior to small cameras that can photograph hard-to-reach internal components, along with lighting devices that provide appropriate illumination for various installation locations, and image analysis software that performs quantitative analysis such as displacement, speed, and acceleration.
