basic information
Omega's multi-pin connector for thermocouples features the same external dimensions as D-sub connectors, making it easy to connect thermocouples and compensation wires in multi-channel temperature measurements, thereby eliminating the hassle and inconvenience of measurement. 【Features】 (1) By using the same material as the thermocouples for the connection part, it eliminates measurement errors caused by changes in environmental temperature. (2) It allows for simultaneous connection of multiple thermocouples, reducing effort and making extension simple. (3) There are various types of connectors and pins that accommodate different types of thermocouples and the number of measurement channels. (4) It can be panel-mounted, allowing for space-saving installation even with a large number of measurement points. (5) Accessories such as backshells, dedicated crimping tools, and insertion/extraction tools are also available. With flexible ideas and a proactive approach, we aim to become a cutting-edge future-oriented company. Since our establishment in 1961, we have been a specialized trading company delivering a wide range of industrial sensors, centered around environmental testing equipment (chambers) that simulate various natural environments on Earth, to major manufacturers in the automotive and computer industries, universities, and public research institutions. The expertise we have accumulated in sensors is among the best in Japan, and we have received high praise from a wide range of industries, including not only general private companies but also the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) for its H-II rocket, which is at the forefront of computer technology, and for our deep involvement in the development of hyperthermia, which has recently gained attention as a thermal therapy for cancer. However, there is no final destination for technological innovation and research and development. We do not intend to rest on our current achievements; instead, we aim to further refine our unique total service system, which encompasses product procurement, information gathering, and maintenance with a global perspective, and to meet the expectations of our users through the provision of plans with better cost performance.
