Insulation and heat-resistant coating "Meireji Coat" <PMDA-based varnish>
It is possible to obtain a polyimide coating with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties!
"Meireji Coat" is a polyamic acid solution, which is a precursor to polyimide (high-performance engineering plastic). By performing solvent removal and imidization reactions, it is possible to obtain a polyimide coating with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties. It can be diluted with NMP or DMAc (N,N-Dimethylacetamide), or adjusted in temperature to be used at the desired solution viscosity. 【Features】 ■ We offer varnish grades optimized for each application and characteristic to meet customer requirements. ■ Viscosity and concentration can be customized to match customer usage conditions. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Other Features】 ■ A polyimide precursor made from PMDA (pyromellitic anhydride) as a raw material ■ The coatings produced from the polyimide precursor exhibit excellent performance ■ Polyimide coatings show high thermal decomposition temperatures and do not soften, flow, or decompose at operating temperatures, making them suitable for high-temperature processes *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
