The "Bison Cyclone" is a steam pressure regulator that can be easily integrated into the existing factory header piping between the boiler and the system. It generates steam with increased dryness due to the throttling and pressure reduction effect. By eliminating heat loss from hot water drainage, it achieves energy savings. It reformulates wet steam into slightly superheated dry steam that is less likely to condense into drain, allowing for the delivery of air with almost no drainage simply by passing boiler steam through the device. The nozzle for creating steam cyclones (with one nozzle having 7 to 10 holes) compresses moisture-laden wet steam and then rapidly expels it, causing it to expand and produce steam with increased dryness due to the "throttling and decompression effect." By reducing the pressure (to about 0.2 to 0.4 MPa), moisture is re-evaporated, and stable high-temperature dry steam is sent out from the center of the steam cyclone. The stable high-temperature steam (or saturated steam) sent to the secondary steam header is less likely to condense during transport to the factory, and it is supplied to steam-using equipment and machinery in very good condition. To further enhance the effect of the bison cyclone, it is necessary to generate steam at as high a pressure as possible in the boiler (for example, 0.75 to 0.85 MPa) and then reduce the pressure with this machine (for example, to 0.2 to 0.4 MPa) before sending it to the factory. This allows for the acquisition of slightly superheated steam.
