Ultra-low temperature cooling device born from the Dutch maritime empire and Stirling Cryogenics!
STIRLING CRYOGENICS, which celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2024, designs and manufactures "cryogenic cooling devices" that generate ultra-low temperature conditions using a closed cycle based on the "reverse Stirling cycle" indicated in its name. It is a long-established company with over 4,000 installations worldwide. The closed cycle used compresses and expands helium gas with dual pistons utilizing the rotation of an electric motor to create ultra-low temperature conditions.

As main examples of adoption, BIO-LNG facilities, LNG-BOG management processing, and systems for liquefying hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, etc., are being utilized in research institutes and universities, as well as in fields such as aerospace. Currently, the adoption of LNG-BOG re-liquefaction systems for maritime applications is also increasing.
