◆Customer's Concern After packing the boxes manually, we print with an inkjet printer, and finally, the operator visually inspects the printed content, but inspection errors occur. This also leads to time loss, so we want to find a solution. ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed the introduction of the Namix cartonner and printing inspection device. This has allowed for a reduction in the number of personnel required for the packing process. Additionally, by switching from an inkjet printer to a laser marker, we can achieve cleaner printing. 【About the Namix Cartoner】 This is a semi-automatic cartoner that automatically erects boxes, seals them, and discharges them after the operator supplies cartons to the magazine and products to be packaged into the cartons.
