◆Customer's Concern The packing work was done manually. Due to the small quantity production of various items, it could not be mechanized, so one-touch boxes were adopted to reduce the workload. ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed the introduction of Namix's cartoner, which has high versatility and allows for quick changeovers between varieties. 【About the Namix Cartoner】 This is a semi-automatic cartoner that automatically erects boxes, seals them, and discharges them after the operator supplies cartons to the magazine and products to be packaged into the cartons. It allows for easy changeover between product types, making it ideal for multi-variety production. With optional features, it is also possible to introduce a marking/stamping machine and a sealer in the subsequent processes.
