◆Customer's Concern The automatic capper we are currently using is aging and the torque has become unstable. We would like to consider an update, but we want to incorporate features that would be an improvement over what we currently have. ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed a fully automatic capper with a tightening torque data collection feature. Since it manages the tightening torque using a digital torque sensor, it can expel caps that are either too tight or too loose, as well as those that are misaligned due to material defects. This allows us to eliminate items that were previously checked manually, significantly improving product accuracy.
