Case study of the Namix filling machine (Case of a certain health food manufacturer)

Improved product accuracy and work efficiency, along with personnel reduction, have been made possible by the introduction of the Namix filling machine!

◆Customer's Concerns The existing filling machine has drawbacks such as variations in filling amounts and dirty bottle edges due to liquid stringing and dripping during the filling process. Additionally, the time spent on corrective actions (wiping the edges of bottles and topping off the filled products) is also a concern... ◆Namix's Proposal We proposed replacing the existing machine with Namix's filling machine. With Namix's shut-off nozzle, liquid stringing and dripping have been eliminated, resulting in improved work efficiency. This has led to a reduction in personnel and an increase in production capacity. ◆Results of Implementation → Improved product accuracy → Enhanced work efficiency → Reduction in personnel ●You can check the details from the "Homepage" link below.
