【Features】 ○ Suitable for low to medium-speed lines (maximum processing capacity approximately 40 bpm). ○ Tightening torque can be digitally adjusted via the air regulator on the panel. ○ Continues to tighten until a certain torque is reached, ensuring reliable capping. If it slips due to issues like defective screws, it can stop at a designated position or discharge outside the system (optional) as a capping anomaly. ○ During capping, the tightening torque is constantly managed by a high-precision planetary gear type digital sensor, tightening until the set torque is reached, with the actual tightening torque displayed digitally. ○ In addition to standard caps, it can accommodate most caps such as dispenser caps, pump caps, trigger caps, hinge caps, and twist caps without the need for dedicated parts, and can easily adapt to additional bottle types in the future with simple adjustments. ○ Does not scratch delicate caps such as crown caps. ○ Simple structure allows anyone to easily change varieties in a short time (2-3 minutes). ○ Easy installation on existing lines. *For other functions and details, please contact us.
