The hydraulic top bracing is installed between the engine and the ship's hull to detune the natural frequencies that occur during normal engine operation. The hydraulic cylinders of the top bracing are designed to adapt to various fluctuations in the ship's loading conditions and thermal expansion. ■Technical Description The components of the hydraulic top bracing system are as follows: 1. Depending on the engine type, there is one pair (2 or 3 pairs) of hydraulic top bracing units, each consisting of the following: a. Hydraulic accumulator b. Valve block unit - check valve, 2 safety valves, solenoid valve, 1 pressure gauge, pressure transducer, and 2 mini-mes coupling c. Top bracing unit including mounting flange and lifting tool 2. A single control panel with multifunction rotary switch, 2 indicator lamps, and a test switch for the lamps 3. One mounting tool used to accurately position the top bracing unit 4.
