"Shiriseracoat 8011" is a special silicone-based coating that uses alkoxysilane as its main material, achieving outstanding non-stick properties and a high hardness that far surpasses fluorine-based paints. Its main features include the ability to obtain a hard and non-stick film that is superior to fluorine coatings, and the capability to be processed at low temperatures (100-200°C), which helps to suppress deformation of the substrate due to heat. Additionally, it can be coated on resin materials and CFRP materials as well.

■Super Non-Stick As advertised as "super non-stick" alongside our plasma coating, adhesive tape does not stick at all. It is also suitable for releasing resins, adhesives, and other food items. ■Low Friction With a low friction coefficient comparable to fluorine coatings, it offers smooth sliding properties. It excels in product transport and preventing clogs. ■High Hardness With a pencil hardness of 6H or higher (standard H for fluorine coatings), it is also highly durable. ■Low-Temperature Treatment Processing is possible at low temperatures of 100 to 200°C, reducing the risk of distortion or deformation due to heat firing on the processed substrate. ■Food Compatibility It complies with the old food sanitation law. *Currently, it does not comply with the revised food sanitation law. ■Heat Resistance It maintains functionality up to a heat resistance temperature of 200°C.
