The 'XPC Grade' enhances adhesion compared to regular fluorine coatings by applying a ceramic or alloy thermal spray layer beneath our Tempcoat. This results in improved wear resistance and durability. Additionally, by utilizing the unevenness of the thermal spray layer to adjust the surface condition (roughness) of the fluorine coating, a new surface state for fluorine coatings can be achieved, leading to improved adhesion of the product.

■Non-stick properties The surface of the coating is made of fluorine, making it difficult for strongly adhesive substances to stick, allowing for easy removal and providing excellent non-stick characteristics. ■Durability By applying a high-hardness coating such as alloy or ceramic over a fluorine coating base, improvements in adhesion, durability, and wear resistance can be expected compared to standard fluorine coatings, maintaining non-stick properties even in harsh application environments. ■Surface characteristics By changing the thermal spraying process, the surface condition (roughness) of the fluorine coating can be controlled.
