Introducing the ideal coatings for non-adhesive adhesives, 'TC2001' and 'TC5053'!

We would like to introduce examples of coating processing handled by Osaka Gas Chemical Co., Ltd. When you want to prevent adhesion to hot melt tanks or stirring blades for adhesive raw materials, Tempcoat 'TC2001' and 'TC5053' are suitable. Coating can be applied to existing products and parts, and even if they deteriorate, re-coating is possible, allowing for functional regeneration. Please consider this for improving productivity, such as preventing adhesion of sticky substances and enhancing cleanability. We can also propose suitable coatings according to your application, so please feel free to consult with us. For those interested, we can send samples of approximately 60×40, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
