■Receiving and Preparing Base Material from Customers 1. Incoming Inspection of Base Material: Conduct visual inspections for scratches and confirm part numbers and quantities in advance. 2. Removal of Contaminants such as Oil and Dust Attached to Base Material: Depending on the material and size of the base material, perform oil removal through high-temperature treatment and solvent-based cleaning. 3. Masking Treatment: Apply appropriate masking to areas where processing is not required. ■Substrate Processing to Surface Processing 1. Substrate Processing (Blasting Process): To remove the oxide film on the base material and enhance adhesion, roughen the surface using blasting materials. 2. Thermal Spraying Process: Spray molten metal or ceramic particles onto the base material using a heat source to form a functional coating on the surface. 3. Coating Process (Fluororesin Coating, Silicone Resin Coating): Perform fluororesin or silicone resin coating according to the customer's usage conditions, applications, and characteristics. ■Finishing Polishing to Inspection 1. Finishing Polishing and Inspection: Carry out finishing processes such as polishing according to specifications. Propose solutions tailored to the customer's usage environment, including surface roughness and coating thickness.
