"Plasma Coat (super non-stick treatment)" has high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made of metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the extremely high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. Plasma Coat can be applied not only to metal components such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron, but also to CFRP materials.

■Hardness/Wear Characteristics Compared to general release coatings, plasma coatings have wear resistance due to the use of high-hardness thermal spray materials, exhibiting excellent properties not only in release characteristics but also in durability. ■Non-Stick Characteristics The surface of plasma coatings does not stick to adhesive materials due to its ultra-fine particle structure. The release properties of plasma coatings, owing to the characteristics of silicone resin, are far superior to those of conventional fluororesin release properties. ■Heat Resistance Continuous use temperature: 200°C ■Grip Characteristics The non-slip characteristics of silicone resin combined with the surface roughness from thermal spraying provide grip characteristics. Additionally, surface roughness can be adjusted depending on the type.
