Ognas features high hardness and durability of thermal spray coatings made from metals, cermets, ceramics, etc., along with the high non-stick properties of silicone resin, and also possesses high grip friction characteristics. Coating is possible not only for metal parts such as aluminum, stainless steel, and iron but also for some CFRP components. 'SOLNAS-X' A must-see for those facing durability issues with fluorine coatings! Solnas X enhances adhesion, wear resistance, and durability compared to standard fluorine coatings by applying a thermal spray layer of metal or ceramics as a base for the fluorine coating. Additionally, by utilizing the unevenness of the thermal spray layer to adjust the surface roughness of the fluorine coating, a new surface condition for fluorine coatings can be achieved, leading to improved adhesion of the products.

【OGNAS】 ■Hardness/Wear Resistance Ognas has excellent wear resistance due to the use of high-hardness thermal spray materials, exhibiting outstanding properties not only in release characteristics but also in durability. ■Non-Stick Properties The surface of Ognas is composed of an ultra-fine particle structure, preventing adhesion even with sticky substances. The release properties of Ognas, due to its silicone resin characteristics, surpass those of conventional fluororesin release properties. ■Heat Resistance Continuous use temperature: 200°C ■Grip Characteristics The non-slip characteristics of silicone resin combined with the surface roughness from thermal spraying provide grip properties. Additionally, surface roughness can be adjusted depending on the type. 【SOLNAS-X】 ■Non-Stick Properties The surface of the film is fluorinated, making it difficult for sticky substances to adhere and easy to remove, providing excellent non-stick properties. ■Durability By applying a high-hardness coating of metal, ceramic, etc., to the substrate, improvements in adhesion, durability, and wear resistance can be expected compared to conventional fluorine coatings. ■Surface Properties By altering the thermal spraying process, the surface roughness of the fluorine coating can be controlled. This allows for the addition of new functions to conventional fluorine coatings.
