This product is a low-frequency corona treatment system that efficiently solves adhesion issues for printing and bonding on three-dimensional curved surfaces, such as those made of olefin-based resins. It can be installed easily anywhere since it does not require grounding, and inline integration is also straightforward. 【Other Features】 ■ Efficiently solves adhesion strength issues with plastic injection molded products, blow molded products, extruded products, metal products, and glass products. ■ Corona treatment can be used as a pre-treatment for improving wettability on three-dimensional curved surfaces, enhancing adhesion strength, offset printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, pad printing, painting, coating, labeling, and more. ■ By applying a voltage of 12kV (50 or 60Hz) between two hook-shaped electrodes, an arc discharge is generated, which spreads when air is blown strongly. ■ Creates a corona discharge accompanied by high-energy ions. ■ When corona discharge is applied to the target surface, it activates the surface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
