We have developed pad printing, which specializes in 3D surface printing, as a four-color pad printing machine!
The "T-20HTA" is a four-color pad printing machine equipped with features convenient for multi-color printing. Using plates that have been separated into four colors, it is possible to print color photographs. Pad printing has a fast ink drying time, allowing for continuous printing of the second and third colors without any drying time after the first print. The four pads can transfer four types of ink from four different designs to simultaneously print on four products. 【Features】 - The height of the products and the printing position can be adjusted by moving the entire toss drive table mechanism up and down, as well as forward and backward. - Each of the four ink trays can be finely adjusted in the XYθ directions, making it easy to align the print. - The printing positions for the four colors have a high precision reproducibility of ±0.05mm. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
