Adopting a new method using inverter control! It does not use consumable clutch brakes.

The "MP-6B" is a high-pressure model hot stamping machine with an up-and-down mechanism capable of transferring over a large area. There are no sounds from air intake and exhaust, nor from the electromagnetic valve switching. Additionally, the absence of the clutch brake noise used in conventional motor-driven models allows for a quieter working environment. The foil feeding speed can be freely set (0-200mm/s) using an inverter, resulting in improved feeding accuracy. 【Features】 - The heating plate has been made lighter, and the heater capacity has been reduced, shortening the temperature rise time and achieving a 30% energy savings compared to conventional models. - The pressure curve's rise time is very short, allowing for quick stamping. - No compressor or space required for air operation. - Adjustments can be made without tools. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
