This time, at the 2018 Japan Packaging Contest (40th edition) organized by the Japan Packaging Technology Association, a submission from our customer, Nitto Denko Corporation, was selected from a total of 419 entries. ■ Work Title Just Assemble the Parts! Collective Packaging of Large Pleated Shape Products ■ Award Name Large and Heavy Goods Division Award (Targeting items with a total length of 1.6m or more in height, width, and depth, or weighing 30kg or more) ■ Features Easily expandable and prone to shifting within the box, this collective packaging solution is designed for large-sized products (approximately 1,150 × 1,250)! - "Passed Vibration and Compression Tests" Cleared vibration and compression tests based on JIS standards! Using reinforced cardboard "Naviace" and cardboard pallets "Navipallet," it has sufficient strength to withstand stacking. - "Excellent Workability" A user-friendly shape that is easy to pack, reducing packaging work time by 50%. - "Reduction in Component Count" Reduced from 14 components to 8.
