【Case Study】Heat Recovery Circulation Drying Oven (Indirect Heating Type) ~Is the cause of painting defects the drying oven!? A drying oven that enables stable painting quality and cost reduction~ ≪Customer Concerns≫ - Painting defects such as yellowing and gas checking occur during curing drying, leading to unstable painting quality. - Considering the installation of additional drying ovens due to increased production volume, but unsure of the cause of painting defects and what to select. ≪NCC's Proposal≫ - Proposed analysis to identify the causes of painting defects due to yellowing and gas checking. - The analysis revealed that the paint film was oxidizing due to combustion gases during drying, causing painting defects. Therefore, we proposed an "indirect heating method" that prevents combustion gases from entering the drying oven at all. - Additionally, we suggested installing circulation fans in the oven to address product defects caused by temperature variations within the oven. *For details on the implementation effects, please download the catalog or contact us.*
