【Device Details】 The NEO Easy Coater Flat programs the basic operations of air spray painting, allowing for the automation of tasks that were previously done manually, contributing to quality stabilization and mass production. Since this was the first introduction of an automatic painting machine, we addressed safety concerns by installing pinch prevention sensors to ensure that no injuries or troubles occur during operation, and designed it to stop automatically when it detects a human hand. Furthermore, to improve operability, frequently used buttons are positioned at the front of the device to ensure good workability.
