【Product Introduction】 The compact automatic painting machine "NEO Easy Coater Flat" allows for easy painting of flat small items and addresses challenges such as quality variability, labor shortages, and the automation of painting tasks. This time, we have incorporated a "left-right swinging mechanism" that allows for painting from diagonal directions to reduce the number of painting cycles, and a "shape modification of the front of the device" to facilitate easier access to the back. Additionally, it is equipped with an area sensor that triggers an emergency stop of the drive unit if an operator or other person enters the spray gun's trajectory.
