We are pleased to announce that a new "BI Dashboard" feature has been added as an extension of the production management system FUSE. Based on the information accumulated in the production management system FUSE, the dashboard will display analysis results. It will help identify business challenges and assist in strategic planning and decision-making for the entire business. ◆ Main features added <Defect Analysis Function> Using this function, the following analyses can be performed: - Number of defects and defect occurrence rate by process for a specified period - Number of defects and defect occurrence rate by product - Number of defects and defect occurrence rate by type of defect - Trends of the number of defects and defect occurrence rate by year/month/week/day etc. <Product Performance Analysis Function> Using this function, the following analyses can be performed: - Planned production numbers, actual production numbers, and variances by day - Trends of planned and actual production by year/month/week/day - Trends of planned and actual production by responsible person - Trends of planned and actual production by equipment etc. <Sales Analysis Function> Using this function, the following analyses can be performed: - Trends of sales amounts by year/month - Sales amounts by customer - Sales amounts by product - Sales amounts by responsible person etc.
