The "BQL400NB model" is a rapid-opening and closing type handle diaphragm valve from BioClean. While the standard handle version requires about 5 turns of operation (for DN50), the rapid-opening and closing handle allows for a very simple operation of just 【opening and closing by 90 degrees】. The position of the handle makes it clear to see the valve's open and close status even from a distance. Additionally, it has achieved a lighter and more compact design compared to conventional products. Please try the easy operation and stable sealing performance of the 90-degree rotating lever handle. 【We solve the following problems!】 ■ The opening and closing torque is excessive. → It can be reduced, greatly contributing to labor savings. ■ I want to check the open and close status from a distance. → The handle position clearly shows the valve's open and close status even from afar. ■ The valve is damaged due to over-tightening. → Only the minimum necessary operation is required.
