We would like to introduce our two-stage opening and closing ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator that operates in a two-stage manner. By installing a sub-cylinder on our standard rotary pneumatic actuator (90-degree rotation, Scotch yoke type, W piston), it allows for "mechanical setting of arbitrary opening degrees from 0 to 3% without the need for a positioner." This mechanism enables mechanical two-step operation for the opening and closing of the valve.
