Continuing to produce glass cutting tools for 89 years, we have developed high-durability, high-quality tools in the sub-micron order at our Iida factory, utilizing the PCD (sintered diamond) processing technology cultivated throughout our history and equipment designed and developed in-house. To leverage this technology, we established the Tenryu factory in 2020 as a base for parts processing, with the slogan "Contributing to global environmental protection through manufacturing via our customers." We contribute to reducing waste loss and maintenance labor through parts that utilize the high durability of PCD. 【PCD Processing】 Utilizes a unique material developed in collaboration with a material manufacturer, achieving a lifespan extension of 10 to 100 times with highly durable components. 【Micro Electrical Discharge Machining】 Oil-based wire processing machine + fine wire with a diameter of φ0.03 to φ0.15, minimum width of 0.05mm, minimum inner radius of 0.02mm, coaxiality of less than 0.003mm, processing accuracy (minimum) of ±0.002mm, surface roughness Ra0.15. 【Various Grinding Processes】 Equipped with various facilities for flat, cylindrical, PG, and double-sided honing, etc. Straightness, parallelism, and flatness of less than 0.002mm, surface roughness Ra0.06, thickness of 0.1mm, tip radius of 0.01mm.
