The steam generated from the boiler can be used as energy within the factory, leading to a reduction in energy costs associated with existing boilers that use heavy oil or gas, and it also helps reduce the costs of waste disposal. The completely burned paper sludge is referred to as PS ash, which is gaining attention for its potential for valuable use. 【Features】 ● The stirring-type dryer allows for uniform drying of paper sludge in a short time (moisture content reduced from 50% to below 10%). ● By operating in conjunction with the incinerator and boiler, volume reduction and energy utilization are possible. ● The heat source for the dryer utilizes the waste heat from the boiler after recovering steam, thereby reducing the costs associated with drying. → It is also possible to utilize the waste heat from existing boilers. Proposals can be made for the dryer alone.
