We would like to introduce a case where we received inquiries from a flow meter manufacturer regarding the product development of piping materials such as valves and fittings. They were considering shape design and cost reduction for the launch of a new product. The challenge was that piping materials come in a wide range of sizes, and attempting to manufacture everything in-house from scratch would require a huge investment in equipment and molds. We partnered with a top overseas factory that has extensive experience in manufacturing piping fittings and can produce molds at a low cost. We provided various proposals for product design and cost reduction, successfully offering original products with surprisingly low initial costs.
