Modular Air Conditioning Assist System
Air management within the machine room allows for the optimization of the intake and exhaust efficiency of the installed equipment!
[Patent No. 5657153] The surrounding environment of the rack can be comprehensively controlled. Cold and warm air are separated with a variety of options to maximize cooling efficiency. Since cable managers, aisle shutters, sliding doors, and other components are all modularized around the rack, we can provide optimal proposals tailored to your specific requirements. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
basic information
■ Air management within the machine room allows for the optimization of intake and exhaust efficiency of installed equipment. To prevent overheating caused by the exhaust heat of rack-mounted equipment, it is possible to divide the area into high-temperature exhaust zones and low-temperature intake zones. Expansion to existing racks is also possible, and installations can be tailored to meet customer needs regardless of the scale of the project. ■ Wire management within the machine room Equipped with mechanisms that enable efficient installation of a vast array of cabling, including video lines, communication lines, and power lines. It is possible to devise a wire management plan even without a free access floor. Additionally, a variety of wire management options are available within the unit, allowing for creative planning. ■ All parts are modularized, making installation highly efficient. Components such as doors, wire managers, and aisle shutters are all modularized, allowing for compact construction management as the focus is primarily on assembly work at the installation site. ■ System expansion to the hot side is also possible as needed, not just for the cold aisle. ■ The modular design ensures high expandability and eliminates waste.
