Sintered metal mesh/etching, unique laminated screens, and stainless steel cartridge filters using "Bonmesh," "Poamet," and "SCP." These filters are designed to replace conventional disposable cartridge filters and are processed to fit existing housings as pressure-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant products. We also offer in-house regeneration cleaning, with examples of use extending over 10 years. We accept OEM orders from various filter manufacturers. Custom sizes outside of the above (Diameter: approximately φ20–300mm, Total Length: up to approximately 2,000mm) are also accepted. ■Connection Type DOE type (flat gasket at both ends) / CODE 7 type (226 O-ring) / CODE 0 type (222 O-ring) / Threaded type (thread standard R/G/M). Other specifications are also accepted. ■Filtration Precision (Nominal) 2μm–1000μm (1mm). Requests outside of the above range, as well as mesh sizes, are also accepted.
