The "RCF Blanket" is a high tensile strength blanket that has been needle processed while accumulating fibers. Since it contains no organic binders, it does not contaminate the furnace atmosphere at elevated temperatures and maintains its strength even at high temperatures. A bulk density of over 200 kg/m3 can be produced in addition to standard products.
