[New Product] Continuous operation without "interruptions" during defrosting! Remote monitoring via PC and smartphone is also possible.
"Lyovapor" is a new product of freeze dryers that excels in a wide range of fields such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, biotechnology, and the environment. The base units come in two types, L-300 and L-200, with various drying chamber modules available for different applications. The L-300 is equipped with two cooling condensers and adopts the unique Infinite-Technology(TM), which automatically alternates between trap and defrost operations. This eliminates the need for the "operational stop for defrosting" that was essential in conventional freeze dryers, enabling infinite continuous operation! There is also a lineup of options for each base unit, including the [Pro type], which allows for diverse control and remote monitoring. Features such as endpoint detection, push notification to mobile devices, and sample protection are available. ★ Ideal for the following applications and customers: - Laboratories handling large samples - Laboratories that perform continuous or frequent freeze-drying - Researchers struggling with waiting for equipment usage - Freeze-drying that requires high reproducibility - Cases where multiple devices need to be managed remotely without location constraints.

A new, easy-to-obtain lineup has been added: Washable! PTFE diaphragm vacuum pump V-100.
PTFE diaphragm vacuum pumps are commonly used in situations where solvent vapors may mix with the pump interior, as they are made from durable materials resistant to organic solvents. However, the vapors and contaminants that enter the pump gradually accumulate, which has been one of the major causes of performance degradation. Büchi's V-700 is well-received as a "washable" vacuum pump that allows customers to easily check for dirt and perform cleaning themselves, and this V-100 can also be easily cleaned by drawing solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, water, etc.) while the pump is in operation.
