[Free Webinar] Vacuum Freeze Drying - Are You Properly Controlling the Vacuum Level?
Nihon Byuhhi Co., Ltd. will hold a webinar on vacuum freeze-drying. In our survey of individuals experienced in vacuum freeze-drying, over 90% of respondents indicated that they do not adjust the vacuum level. If the reason for this is that "drying will be faster if the vacuum is maximized," that is not a correct understanding. In this webinar, we will provide a detailed explanation of vacuum level adjustment and drying efficiency in vacuum freeze-drying. We encourage you to participate. 【Target Audience】 ● Those who want to shorten drying time ● Those who want to deepen their knowledge for condition optimization ● Those who are interested in selection points when purchasing equipment ● Those who want to understand the principles *This is a rebroadcast of the webinar held on August 30, 2023.

Notice of the 1st Freeze-Dry Seminar 2023 to be held on March 8, 2023 (Wednesday)
We will hold the "1st Freeze-Dry Seminar 2023" online. Freeze-drying (vacuum freeze-drying) is a method that places pre-frozen samples under vacuum conditions to dry the moisture while keeping it in a solid state (ice). To successfully achieve freeze-drying, it is necessary to balance several factors, and there are still many misunderstandings in the process of optimizing the drying process. In this seminar, we will explain the basics of freeze-drying and introduce hints, techniques, and new technologies from both the perspectives of "equipment manufacturers" and "equipment users." For the special lecture, we are pleased to invite Professor Kiyoshi Kawai from Hiroshima University Graduate School of Integrated Sciences for Life, who will share techniques related to vacuum freeze-drying of food, enzymes, and microorganisms. We sincerely look forward to your participation.
