Reduce temperature/pressure unevenness in the substrate pressing process! Heat-resistant cushioning material.
Contributing to the reduction of defect rates: Introducing heat-resistant cushioning materials that excel in the heat press process! Please feel free to consult us about specifications such as hardness, heat resistance, thickness, and width.
Our "heat-resistant cushioning material" reduces "heat unevenness" and "pressure unevenness" that occur during the substrate pressing process, solving your issues with defects. It can be used in environments of around 200 degrees, and we offer various materials for cushioning depending on the application and environment. (We also have cushioning materials with heat resistance above 200 degrees, so please consult us.) Examples: Silicone rubber, glass cloth, fluorine rubber, aramid cloth. Additionally, we can provide cushioning materials that combine different functions on each side. We accommodate special specifications such as hardness, heat resistance, thickness, and width, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns during the substrate pressing process. *For more details, please download our materials or contact us.
