Nihon Seigyo Kiki has established a Monozukuri Future Workshop at its headquarters (Takaishi City, Osaka). As a mini-lab directly utilized by engineers, it is equipped with 3D printers and desktop machining tools. By allowing engineers to perform processing themselves, it fosters a sense of manufacturing and contributes to the improvement of the development product's quality. From the principle prototype stage of contract development products' PoC (proof of concept) to the design evaluation of resin housings before mass production mold creation, and production jigs during mass production, it is utilized at each stage from product development to production, enabling a speedy response to market launch.
