The high-pressure screw meter OMH is a high-precision volumetric flow meter designed for high pressure, featuring a spiral gear type. It has low pressure loss and is suitable for high temperatures.

The OMH series is a volumetric flow meter of the spiral gear type developed for high pressure applications. Since the fluid flows in a linear manner, it has significantly lower pressure loss compared to conventional gear meters. The screw meter OME is a helical gear type volumetric flow meter, lightweight and compact, with a wide measurement range and high precision.

OME is an economy-type screw meter (volumetric flow meter). It is not a budget version, but rather a model that maintains high precision of ±0.1% RS while limiting the operating pressure and temperature range, and reducing costs by using an aluminum body. It features a 90° phase difference two-phase pulse output specification (standard) and can be used for forward and reverse flow measurement as well as for four-fold calculations (one-way flow). The temperature sensor (standard) is a 3-wire pt100Ω class B. The OMG high and low temperature flow meter is a high-precision volumetric high-pressure flow meter. It has high measurement accuracy and can also be used as a standard device for flow calibrators.

The flow of liquid entering the flow meter causes the two internal spindles to rotate, transporting the fluid in a spiral manner. The pole wheel (detection gear) attached to the spindle shaft rotates in conjunction with it. This rotation is detected by a pickup sensor and output as a rectangular wave pulse. This flow meter is also compatible with high-pressure specifications. The pickup sensor will be selected based on the conditions such as operating temperature.
