The TCF is designed for torque detection within 1 to 3 rotations (without the cable getting tangled) with stationary or slow rotation, rather than continuous rotation. It is low-cost due to the absence of slip rings, allowing for high precision and stable measurements across a wide range from low to high torque, and it can accommodate not only double-sided flanges but also keyway round shafts and custom machining as specified.
