Introducing a case of implementing Blickle wheels to support the weight of the motor in a digital printing machine.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of Blickle wheels and guide rollers at a ceramic tile manufacturing and decorative processing company. The company was using wheels from another manufacturer to guide the motor unit of their digital printing machine onto the tiles, but the wheels were significantly worn down through the manufacturing process. After recommending the use of the heavy-duty wheel "ALBS 82/15K" and the guide roller "FSTH 50X18/17-10K," they successfully conducted a trial installation and received approval to install them on additional machines.
