A Czech automobile and engine manufacturer has high noise levels in their assembly factory. To transport car parts within the factory, trolleys continuously move along the concrete floor in an orderly manner. The floor of the hall itself is smooth, but expansion joints made of cast iron grids are installed at regular intervals. The trolleys are equipped with wheels that leave no marks on the gray elastic solid rubber floor, and the rubber tread is relatively hard, resulting in higher rolling resistance and turning resistance, which means the maneuverability is not particularly good. As a standard solution, Blickle's "ALES series" wheels provide an excellent solution for this trolley due to their superior vibration-damping properties and significant reduction in noise levels thanks to the soft rubber tread.
