[Case Study] Blickle's Electric Drive System "ErgoMove"
Equipped with a dead man's brake! Examples of adoption in railway and tram maintenance equipment.
As part of Cromatech's product range, there are vehicles and mobile systems that supply sand, necessary for traction when trains depart, between the wheels and the rails. The company had previously been using Blickle wheels and casters. Although the mobile systems, which can weigh up to 1,000 kg, were able to move safely and reliably over long distances on train platforms and within railway bases, considerable force was required to move or stop the maintenance equipment. Therefore, the electric drive system "ErgoMove 1000" was adopted. By using this product, the force required to move the maintenance equipment was minimized. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Considerable force was needed to move or stop maintenance equipment. ■Product Introduced - Electric drive system ErgoMove 1000 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
