Contract manufacturing and contract testing of spray-dried granules *Microparticle granule manufacturing testing

A two-fluid nozzle capable of targeting D50 < 10μm, which was considered difficult to manufacture, has started operation! This will be used for application development in ceramics, other electronic materials, and battery materials!

"Spray drying" is a technology that instantly dries a liquid by spraying it in a drying chamber to create fine droplets, utilizing the surface tension of water to produce spherical, highly flowable granules. We have now commenced spray drying and fine particle granule manufacturing tests using a two-fluid nozzle. The two-fluid nozzle creates fine mist-like droplets by simultaneously spraying compressed air and the liquid to be dried. Like other spraying methods such as disk-type or pressurized nozzle types, it can produce spherical dried granules. A significant feature of the two-fluid nozzle is its ability to create fine granulating powders with an average particle diameter of less than 10 μm. *We also support tests and production using conventional disk spraying! 【Other Topics】 <Both our headquarters factory and Fukui factory are actively accepting spray drying tests!> In Osaka, we have three lab machines (one of which is compatible with organic solvents), and we have also installed one lab machine in Fukui, creating an environment where we can conduct tests more promptly. We will flexibly respond as a gateway to mass production and as the first step in research and development! *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
