Our company was established in December 1956 as a manufacturer of inorganic pigments and began production at that time. Currently, we are no longer producing inorganic pigments, but we are focusing on contract manufacturing and testing of various industrial powders, primarily utilizing our production technology for powder processing, especially the drying and granulation processing technology using spray dryers. In recent years, demand has been on the rise, and we are also responding to requests for liquid preparation (such as ball mill dispersion, homo-mixer dispersion, and solution preparation through stirring), which is the pre-process for spray drying, thereby improving convenience. **What is Spray Drying?** It is a technology that instantly dries a liquid by spraying it into fine droplets in a drying chamber, utilizing the surface tension of water to create spherical and highly flowable granules. Our company's specialty is contract manufacturing, and we actively accept trials and pilot production aimed at mass production, as well as drying and granulation tests in the early stages of research and development. Tests that are not aimed at mass production are also welcome. **(Equipment)** **[Osaka Headquarters Factory]** All equipment is from Okawara Kako Ki. ● Lab machine L-8 type (single cyclone collection) capable of dual-fluid nozzle installation ● Lab machine L-8 type (bottom body, dual cyclone collection) ● Medium-scale machine and test machine OC-16 type, 2 units **[Fukui Factory (Sabae City)]** ● Lab machine TRS-2W type (equivalent to TR-100, manufactured by Priss) ● Medium-scale machine and test machine 1600 type → dedicated to black and dark color powders, manufactured by Priss ● Medium-scale machine FOC-20 type, manufactured by Okawara Kako Ki The size of the powder that can be produced with the lab machine is an average particle diameter of 20-40 μm in the case of the disc spray method. The L-8 type can also produce fine particles around 10 μm by using a dual-fluid nozzle.
