"DHA-WORLD" is a die-casting mold steel that can also be used for large molds. It exhibits high toughness even in the center of large molds. By optimizing the chemical composition of DHA1 (equivalent to JIS-SKD61), the hardenability has been significantly improved, making heat treatment easier and achieving high toughness even in the center of large molds. Additionally, utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques, its various properties are comparable to those of special melting materials, allowing us to meet cost reduction needs.
