We have organized information by functionality, such as adhesion prevention, release properties, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, and enhanced content to facilitate comparison and consideration. We also offer technical consultations and prototype testing for various functional coatings, so please feel free to contact us. On December 3, 2025, at the "2025 Adachi-Arakawa Safety and Health Promotion Conference," we were given the opportunity to present our initiatives as a certified company for excellent health management. On March 26, 2025, at the "New Products and New Technologies Awards" aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in Arakawa Ward, Tokyo, our ultra-thin film release coating "NonStick STC" received the Excellence Award! "NonStick STC" was highly regarded as a groundbreaking solution that prevents foreign matter from adhering to cutting tools and precision molds, maintaining sharpness and processing accuracy. Despite being a transparent thin film of less than 1µm, it suppresses adhesion of adhesives and eliminates the need for post-painting polishing, attracting attention within the industry. Moving forward, "NonStick STC" will continue to contribute to the efficiency of manufacturing sites and the improvement of product quality.
