Vortex Turbo Mixer KTM
Mixing revolution of the three elements that cannot be achieved with a static mixer.
The vortex turbo mixer KTM is a device designed to efficiently stir, mix, dissolve, and pump two types of media: "gas and liquid (gas-liquid)," "liquid and liquid (liquid-liquid, two-liquid)," and "powder and liquid (powder-liquid)." It is suitable for gas-liquid mixing, liquid-liquid mixing (two-liquid mixing), and powder-liquid mixing. By using the vortex turbo mixer to mix and dissolve various gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, ozone, CO2, hydrogen gas, and chlorine into water, seawater, and chemical liquids, it can add new value to water and liquids. It is also active in the emulsification and refining of emulsion fuels. It is used as a substitute for static mixers. It is suitable for mixing powders and liquids in food-related and chemical-related processes.
basic information
1. The vortex turbo mixer KTM is a device that serves three roles (suction, mixing/dissolving, and pumping) in one unit. Due to its very high pressure, it excels in the purification of functional water through sufficient stirring and dissolving, as well as in the long-distance transport of the functional water thereafter. 2. The vortex turbo mixer KTM can efficiently and continuously mix and dissolve difficult-to-dissolve "liquid and liquid," "gas and liquid," and "powder and liquid" using special mixing blades inside the mixer. This eliminates the need for ejectors, static mixers, and large pressure tanks required in conventional methods, allowing for miniaturization, weight reduction, and space-saving of the equipment. Additionally, it significantly shortens the purification time compared to conventional methods and improves operability. 3. Because operation and maintenance are easy, it also contributes to the stabilization and reliability of the system. With fewer components, maintenance is straightforward. The operability is excellent; once the valve opening is adjusted, subsequent operations can be performed with just ON/OFF to achieve the same purification of functional water. This also helps improve the stabilization and reliability of the system.
