[GEP-W] The chromium oxidation film suppresses the elution of metal ions into ultra-pure water, warm pure water, and organic amine-based resist stripping solutions. - Ensuring reliability and safety even under high temperature and high pressure conditions With mechanical strength and heat resistance comparable to general stainless steel products, reliability and safety are ensured even under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. - Applications in vacuum environments With superior elution resistance due to smoothness beyond electro-polishing, it is suitable for vacuum chambers.
