- Large slurries in the coolant liquid are centrifuged within the spring filter (SPF) housing and accumulate in the sludge pod, with only clean liquid being drawn into the suction pump (KTP). During this process, there is no mixing of slurries beyond the spring gap, protecting the KTP. (Filter precision / 75, 125, 200 μm) - A timer or the accumulation of solids on the surface of the spring filter detects an increase in pipeline resistance pressure, causing the liquid suction pump to switch from forward to reverse rotation, and the captured solids are instantly discharged outside the filter housing. - The liquid containing a large amount of discharged solids undergoes further specific gravity separation in the tank, and only the solids that have settled due to GUC are discharged outside the tank, eliminating the need for filter replacement or tank cleaning, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
